	Craig W. Southerland Practice Leader Prior to joining MercerMorgan, Craig served as Managing Partner for a nationally recognized executive search firm specializing in the Healthcare industry. Craig’s engagement activities represent the full spectrum of leadership for Hospitals and Health Systems as well as Managed Care companies in a variety of Fortune 500 and not-for-profit settings. His previous experience includes a senior leadership role within a nationally recognized executive search firm specializing in Physician Executive Search, as well as a National Sales Management role with a globally recognized Fortune 100 consumer products company. His functional experience has included General Management, Marketing and Sales, Business Development and Process Consulting. Craig is a graduate of San Diego State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology. Over the years, Craig has participated in United Way, Habitat for Humanity, and Big Brother’s foundation activities.
