Prior to joining MercerMorgan, David served as Senior Vice President and Partner for a nationally recognized executive search and consulting firm devoted exclusively to the Healthcare and Insurance industries. He was the national practice leader for all client development and engagement activities for the firm’s Healthcare, Insurance and Benefits practice areas. His Healthcare and Insurance executive search activities represented the full spectrum of leadership disciplines and cut across all functional areas.

His previous experience includes a senior management role with a Fortune 100 Insurance carrier, as well as a national sales position with one of the nation’s largest financial services organizations. David’s executive search practice focuses on select Fortune 500 companies, as well as specialty carve-out and venture capital backed companies in the Healthcare and Insurance industry.

David is a graduate of Arizona State University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.

David is an active member of American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
