Deedee Myers

Prior to joining MercerMorgan, Deedee served as Founder and CEO of a nationally focused executive search firm that specializes in Financial Services and Risk Management. She is recognized nationally for her work in treasury, finance, asset & liability management, interest rate risk, investment portfolio management, capital markets, leasing, and enterprise wide risk management. Deedeeís engagement activities represent the full spectrum of leadership for publicly traded Fortune 500 Financial Services organizations, as well as, privately held and venture backed organizations.

In addition to her executive search work, Deedee is recognized as a certified professional coach and has co-developed an extensive position planning tools for treasury and interest rate risk management professionals. She has authored two books and numerous articles in the area of attracting and retaining world class financial professionals. Before entering the executive search industry, Deedee was a marketing executive for an international consulting firm that develops and markets asset and liability management technology.

Deedee speaks at industry conferences and writes articles on Competency Assessment and Succession Planning for financial organizations. Active in her community, she was the founding Chairperson of a charter school for students with the desire to achieve academic excellence. She is and active with the American Heart Association and is a foster parent for boys 6-12 years of age. She serves on the board of the Greater Phoenix Urban League and sponsors participants in the Adaptive Sports Association in Colorado.

Deedee is a Principal with the firm and is the Partner-in-Charge of the firm's Financial Services practice nationally.
