Prior to joining MercerMorgan, Kerri served for four years as Head of Research and Client Development for a nationally recognized retained executive search firm with a focus in the Healthcare, Insurance and Technology industries. As a result, Kerri has successfully served clients ranging from the Fortune 500 to entrepreneurial ventures in the development of world-class leadership teams representing the full range of functional disciplines.

As part of the MercerMorgan leadership team, Kerri’s Healthcare and Insurance engagement activities continue to represents the full spectrum of functional disciplines for Fortune 500 Healthcare, Insurance and Technology companies, as well as, numerous early-stage companies in the eHealth space.

Before entering the executive search profession, Kerri served as a business language instructor in South America where she taught conversational classes as well as intensive professional language classes and workshops. Fluent in Portuguese, Kerri assisted many individuals in preparing applications and entrance essays in preparation for foreign studies or employment.

Kerri received her Undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in International Relations and Business.

Kerri is an active member of Make-a-Wish Foundation and has participated in numerous Red Cross events.

Kerri is the Principal-in-Charge of the firm's Data Integrity and Market Intelligence Practice.
