Sal DiGiuseppi
Managing Partner - Healthcare & Insurance

As one of the founders of MercerMorgan, Sal is the Managing Partner for the firm’s Healthcare & Insurance practice nationally. He works with companies in the Healthcare, Insurance and Financial Services industries and over the last several years has helped to build senior executive teams at a number of the firms portfolio companies.

Prior to joining MercerMorgan, Sal served as Senior Vice President and Partner for a nationally recognized retained executive search and consulting firm focused in the Healthcare and Insurance industry. He was the co-practice leader for all client development and engagement activities for the firm’s domestic Healthcare practice. Sal has been in retained executive search for over 18 years.

Before entering the executive search profession, Sal also served in senior leadership roles for a nationally focused Vision Care Benefit company. He earlier served in a Regional Finance and Operations roles for a NYSE-traded Fortune 100 retailer.

Sal is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting. Sal’s Master’s studies have concentrated in the areas of Business Administration, Marketing and Communications.

Sal is an active member of American College of Health Executives, American Heart Association and the USA Triathlon Association.
