Theresa Laursen
Practice Leader

Prior to joining MercerMorgan, Theresa served in a Senior Leadership role for a nationally recognized executive search firm specializing in the HealthCare and Insurance Industry. In that role Theresa was responsible for all business development, client management and operations in the Western Region. Theresa’s engagement activities represent the full spectrum of leadership for hospitals and medical groups in a variety of Fortune 500 and not-for-profit settings.

Theresa has also served in a senior leadership role within a nationally recognized Information Technology executive search firm, as well as a national sales role within a world-wide consulting and business solutions company. Her functional experience has included General Management, Clinical Management and Marketing and Sales. She brings with her over 15 years of experience in executive search and human resources consulting.

Theresa is a graduate of the University of Washington where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

She is an active member of numerous, non-profit organizations in Scottsdale. Theresa supports the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Phoenix and With Child Center Ltd., a local organization for single mothers.

Theresa is a Principal with the firm and is the Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Employee Benefits and Physician Executive Search Practice nationally.
